Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Lead/Manager with a strong background in Salesforce delivery, Agile methodologies, and project/program management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale IT programs, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions in the Pharma, Life Sciences, or Healthcare domains.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage large-scale IT programs with cross-functional teams across geographies.

- Ensure adherence to Agile delivery practices, timelines, and quality standards.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance.

- Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project managers and delivery teams.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in Pharma/Life Sciences/Healthcare domains.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce and Agile delivery.

- 5+ years of experience in project and delivery management roles.

- Strong domain knowledge in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Healthcare.

- Proven ability to manage large teams and complex IT programs.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
