CISIN - Lead MERN Stack Engineer - Node.js/React.js

Position : MERN Developer

Location : Indore (WFO)

Role & responsibilities :

- Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions.

- Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both

diagnose and prevent these problems.

- Must have the ability to lead the team.

- Comfort working in a highly agile software development process.

- Review &Prepare the estimation &change request before submitting to BD/PM/Immediate Supervisor.

- Experience owning a project from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution.

- Strong sense of ownership with the eagerness to design and deliver significant and impactful technology solutions.

Requirement :

- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience with below stacks:

- Proven experience as a Frontend Developer & Full stack Developer.

- Experience developing desktop and mobile applications.

- Strong command in common stacks.

- Front-end ReactJs, Redux, HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, XML, jQuery.

- Back-end JavaScript frameworks with Nodejs.

- Full Stack : ReactJs, Redux, NodeJs, HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, XML, jQuery,GIT.

- Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design.

- Professional experience with JavaScript and associated web technologies (CSS, semantic HTML).

- Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, sufficient for success in a remote

and largely asynchronous work environment.

- Passionate about/experienced with open source and developer tools.

- Project Backup Plan &Project Signoff.

- Review & Evaluate Project, Documents, Codes, Get Sign Off on UAT (User Acceptance Test).
