Job Overview :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Machine Learning Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our innovative team. As a Machine Learning Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms that drive our products and solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers and product managers, to create scalable and efficient machine learning solutions.

Educational Qualification(s) :

- BE/ME/B.Tech/M.Tech (CS/IT)/MCA or equivalent.

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Model Development : Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

- Data Preparation : Preprocess and analyze large datasets, ensuring data quality, consistency, and relevancy for training models.

- Feature Engineering : Develop and select features for machine learning models that improve model accuracy and performance.

- Model Evaluation : Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and refine models based on performance outcomes.

- Deployment : Collaborate with software engineers to deploy models into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.

- Research & Innovation : Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and data science to implement cutting-edge techniques and tools.

- Collaboration : Work with data scientists, software developers, and product teams to integrate machine learning capabilities into various products and services.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for models, algorithms, and processes.

Minimum Requirements :

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, data science, or a related role.

- Strong experience in handling large datasets and familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Experience in developing, training, and deploying machine learning models, including regression, classification, clustering and deep learning techniques.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skillset.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.

- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment of ML models.
