Role Overview :

Were seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer who pairs strong Apex/LWC skills with practical experience enabling Salesforce AI/Einstein features (Prediction Builder, Discovery, Next Best Action, Data Cloud, CRM Analytics). Youll help TAMS teams deliver AI-assisted workflows and insights for healthcare operations, ensuring scale, security, and compliance (HIPAA/PHI).

Key Responsibilities :

Build on-platform AI features :

- Implement Einstein/Prediction Builder models and integrate predictions into record pages, flows, and LWC.

- Configure Next Best Action strategies with invocable actions and decisioning rules.

- Use Einstein Discovery/CRM Analytics to surface prescriptive insights in Salesforce.

- Leverage Data Cloud (if in-scope) for profile unification, calculated insights, and activations.

Application development :

- Design and develop Apex (triggers, classes, REST), LWC, and Flows with test coverage and guardrails.

- Create scalable, reusable components to consume AI outputs (scores, recommendations) in UI and automation.

Data and integration :

- Build robust API integrations (REST/SOAP, Platform Events) with enterprise systems (eligibility, claims, provider, care/UM).

- Partner with data teams on feature engineering, data contracts, data quality, and monitoring for AI use cases.

Governance & DevOps :

- Follow HIPAA/PHI handling, Salesforce Shield/data masking where applicable, and least-privilege patterns.

- Use SFDX/Git-based CI/CD (e.g., Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) and proper branching/release management.

Quality & Observability :

- Establish test strategies (unit/integration/UAT), monitoring, bias checks for predictions, and result explainability.

- Document solution designs, runbooks, and KT for TAMS support teams.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- 5- 8+ years Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, Platform Events) with enterprise-scale releases.

Hands-on with Salesforce AI/Einstein in production (at least two of) :

- Prediction Builder (end-to-end: dataset, labels, model deployment, embedding predictions in flows/LWC)

- Einstein Discovery / CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) (stories, what-if analysis, prescriptions)

- Next Best Action (strategy builder, action frameworks)

- Data Cloud (data streams, identity resolution, calculated insights, activations)

- Strong API/integration skills (Apex callouts, Named Credentials, OAuth 2.0; middleware familiarity a plus).

- Proven experience in healthcare domain (payer/provider), or similarly regulated industries; working knowledge of HIPAA/PHI safeguards.

- Solid CI/CD with SFDX and Git; code quality tooling; automated tests (?75% coverage with meaningful assertions).

- Certifications : Salesforce Platform Developer I (required). (List all current certs on submission.)

Nice-to-Have :

- Salesforce Platform Developer II, Data Cloud Consultant, CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery certs.

- Experience with MuleSoft, Event-Driven patterns, and external model integrations via invocable actions.

- Feature engineering/data quality for predictions; bias/accuracy monitoring playbooks.

- Healthcare standards exposure (FHIR/HL7, payer data models, UM/authorizations).

- Shield (encryption, FLS, audit trail), Transaction Security.
