Requirements :

- Experience : 6+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst and/or Salesforce Consultant within large-scale enterprise environments.

- Program History : A proven track record of working on large-scale business transformations, complex integrations, or M&A programs.

- Salesforce Expertise : Strong technical and functional understanding of the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem, specifically Salesforce Sales Cloud and next-gen Agentforce Sales capabilities.

- Agile Proficiency : Expert-level mastery of Agile Scrum and ALM practices, with hands-on proficiency in Jira for backlog grooming and user story management.

- Data & Migration Skills : Proven ability to handle complex data structures, including field-level mapping and org migration execution.

- Soft Skills : Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to guide senior stakeholders through organizational change.
