Cibirix - UI/UX Designer - Adobe Creative Suite

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee all digital design projects, ensuring the quality, consistency, and creativity of deliverables across web, mobile, and print.

- Direct and mentor the creative team in producing digital assets, layouts, UI elements, and marketing materials.

- Define and communicate the creative vision, direction, and goals to the team.

- Establish, implement, and maintain creative standards and design guidelines for the department.

- Create user-centered UI/UX concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

- Write and develop comprehensive creative briefs for web and mobile projects, outlining

design logic and thought process.

- Ensure all digital experiences are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with brand identity.

- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and development teams to align design solutions with project goals.

- Review all creative outputs to ensure they meet design standards and business expectations.

- Adhere to compliance procedures, operational risk controls, and applicable regulatory standards.

- Optimize team workflows, improve creative processes, and ensure timely delivery of all

assets.

Required Skills & Expertise :

Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite :

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator

- Adobe InDesign

- Excellent skills in UI & UX Design, layout design, and visual design principles.

- Proficiency in typography (including Yperite or similar fonts), color theory, and branding.

- Experience designing for web and mobile interfaces.

- Ability to articulate creative concepts and lead design discussions.

- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, UI/UX work, and creative leadership.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with cross-functional teams.

- Understanding of modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus.

- Knowledge of user research methods and usability testing.

- Prior experience in senior or lead design roles.
