Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain responsive, user-centric web applications using React.js.

- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.

- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure end-to-end functionality.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance tuning.

- Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and usability issues.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in front-end development.

- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

- Mentor junior developers and help maintain coding standards across the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in React.js.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Context API, or MobX.

- Proficient in using React Hooks, Functional Components, and Component Lifecycle Methods.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await).

- Experience with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn.

- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.

- Experience with unit testing and testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme.

- Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.

- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Experience with TypeScript is a strong plus.

- Familiarity with Next.js or server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Exposure to GraphQL and modern API design is a plus
