About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented HTML Developer - JavaScript to join our on-site team in Indore. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our digital designs to life by writing clean, efficient, and well-structured code. You'll collaborate closely with designers and back-end developers to create seamless and engaging user experiences across our websites and web applications, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness on all devices.

Key Responsibilities :

Front-End Development & Coding :

- Write efficient, well-structured, and maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code for various websites and web applications.

- Code the entire HTML site from end-to-end, ensuring adherence to design specifications and coding standards.

- Develop and rigorously test user interfaces to guarantee optimal performance, functionality, and accessibility across all supported browsers and devices.

- Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are fully accessible and user-friendly on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

Collaboration & Integration :

- Collaborate effectively with UI/UX Designers to translate visual concepts, wireframes, and mockups into functional and pixel-perfect website features.

- Work closely with Back-End Developers to integrate server-side logic and APIs with client-side websites and web applications, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.

Maintenance & Optimization :

- Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, debug complex code, and optimize front-end web applications for speed and scalability.

- Continuously maintain and improve existing websites and web applications, ensuring they remain updated and performant.

Documentation & Continuous Learning :

- Document work thoroughly, including code comments, technical specifications, and project-related notes for future reference, maintenance, and debugging.

- Stay updated on emerging web technologies, industry trends, and best practices in front-end development, actively applying new knowledge to future projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Proficiency :

- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Proven experience in building responsive and adaptive web designs.

- Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.

- Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., jQuery, React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Problem-Solving : Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
