Position : CIAM consultant

Location : Remote

Notice : Immediate to 20days

Must be open to work in 24x7 environment in rotational shift.(7 :30PM-3 :00AM).

We are looking for a CIAM resource to be a part of our team, where he/she will primarily be responsible for managing and working in customer environments including infrastructure administration, maintenance and upgrades.

Responsibilities :

- Act as access management associate to be able to understand the customer's requirement related to directory management use cases and coordinate within team for alternatives to better the solution and alleviate the challenge/ issue being addressed.

- Responsible for handling the Incidents, Service-Requests and Change management requests by coordinating with end client contacts, client project managers, and application owners.

- Responsible for required customization and automating the standard and repetitive day to day processes for elevated customer experience.

- Train and mentor team members.

Requirements :

- Candidate should have relevant experience of 3+ years with CIAM and hands on with products such as Ping Directory, Ping Directory Sync, Virtual Directory, Ping Federate etc.

- Must have done at least one implementation, configuration or upgrade project OR multiple Integration/Support engagements using Ping Directory, Ping One Directory Sync etc.

- Candidate should have a good knowledge of Directory services schema modification and upgrade.

- Good Understanding of Enterprise ITIL/ITSM tools.

- Experience with operating systems platforms - Windows, Linux, Solaris, etc.

- Understanding of Active Directory and/or any LDAP V3 compliant directories.

- Understanding of technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Independently handle assigned tasks with minimum guidance and at the same time be a great team player.

- The candidate should be aware of industry standard change management processes.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
