Role Overview :

We are looking for a hands-on technology leader who can architect, scale, and innovate. This role is critical to shaping our technology vision and driving execution across products and platforms. You will lead engineering strategy, mentor teams, and ensure world-class scalability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own the technology roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Architect and build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.

- Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team.

- Drive innovation in product development and technology adoption.

- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and DevOps.

- Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.

- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and apply them where relevant.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 10 to 15 years of experience in building and scaling technology products.

- Proven track record of architecting and scaling platforms for millions of users.

- Strong expertise in :

a. Data Engineering & Analytics

b. Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

c. Modern tech stacks (Microservices, APIs, Containers, etc.)

- Hands-on coding ability and willingness to dive deep when needed.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Degree from a Tier-1 college (IIT, BITS, NIT, etc.).

- Experience in consumer-scale products or impact-driven tech.

- Exposure to AI/ML, IoT, or data-driven platforms is a plus.
