Chief Technology Officer - System Design

Role Overview :

As a CTO, you will :

- Set the technology vision, architecture standards, and long-term engineering roadmap.

- Build and manage engineering teams, processes, and execution frameworks.

- Oversee system design across backend, frontend, cloud, data, and AI layers.

- Establish strong security, compliance, and scalability practices.

Technical Requirements & Skills :

- Experience : 10+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in technical leadership.

- Architecture : Microservices, distributed systems, cloud-native design.

- Tools : AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD, DevOps, system monitoring.

- Leadership : Org structuring, hiring, mentoring, technical planning.

- Bonus : Experience leading AI/ML or automation-heavy teams.
