Chief Technology Officer - Payment System

Note : We are looking for candidates from the Payments Industry only in their current role

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with the leadership team on technology strategy and ensure seamless execution of the company's vision.

- Build and refine processes that improve the speed and quality of technology deployments.

- Lead a large, multi-functional technology team while maintaining structure, discipline, and measurable performance standards.

- Strengthen and evolve SaaS workflows to ensure smooth integration for clients, along with driving new SaaS innovations.

- Oversee technology initiatives that align with business goals and support long-term growth.

- Deeply understand payment workflows, risk areas, and opportunities for increased profitability.

- Bring fresh ideas that add meaningful value to both merchants and the ecosystem around them.

Skills & Qualifications :

- BE/BTech with at least 12 years of experience in senior technology roles.

- Strong understanding of KYC challenges, payment compliance requirements, and data privacy standards.

- Disciplined, timeline-driven approach with working knowledge of at least one project management tool.

- Prior experience with banks, payment systems, or gateway companies is preferred.

- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.

- Familiarity with modern technologies, including AI-based tools, is an advantage.

- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage large teams effectively.
