The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for setting the companys technology vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure the successful development, deployment, and scaling of our software platform.

The CTO will lead all aspects of technology and product innovation, ensuring that our architecture, engineering practices, and technology stack support business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technology Strategy & Leadership :

- Define and implement the overall technology roadmap aligned with the companys business goals.

- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to keep the platform competitive and scalable.

- Collaborate closely with the executive team to drive product and business innovation.

Product & Platform Development :

- Lead architecture design, development, and deployment of the companys software platform.

- Ensure robust, secure, and scalable solutions that support future growth and integrations.

- Oversee full product lifecycle management from concept to release and continuous improvement.

Team Management & Culture :

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering, DevOps, and QA team.

- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and accountability across the technology division.

- Implement agile practices and continuous delivery methodologies.

Security, Compliance & Infrastructure :

- Ensure platform security, data integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO, SOC2).

- Optimize cloud infrastructure costs and performance (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Oversee disaster recovery, backup, and risk management protocols.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work with cross-functional teams Product, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to align technology initiatives with customer and market needs.

- Present technology updates, performance metrics, and innovations to the Board and investors.

Note:- We seek a CTO with proven experience in developing scalable technology platforms, ideally with an educational background from IIT

Tech skills :

- Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Proven experience in designing scalable architectures including microservices and distributed systems.

- Hands-on proficiency with backend technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, or Go.

- Working knowledge of modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.

- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

- Experience with DevOps tools and practices such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong foundation in security frameworks, including IAM, GDPR, SOC2, and ISO 27001 compliance.

- Ability to implement and monitor systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.

- Experience building and managing APIs using REST, GraphQL, or gRPC.

- Familiarity with data engineering ecosystem such as Kafka, Spark, or Airflow (optional based on role)
