Chief Technology Officer - FinTech/Banking Domain

Responsibilities :

- Technology Leadership and Strategy : Develop and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Identify and implement emerging Fintech technologies to enhance products.

- Stay updated with regulatory and compliance requirements (RBI, PCI-DSS).

- Engineering and Product Development : Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team.

- Oversee the architecture and development of secure, high-performance applications.

- Implement best practices in DevOps, Cloud Computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and Microservices.

- Ensure seamless integration- Build and maintain relationships with tech vendors, regulatory bodies, and fintech partners.

- Inspire the team to deliver with speed, reliability, and innovation.

Requirements :

- 15+ years of experience in technology and software engineering, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.

- Proven experience in Fintech, Banking, Payments, Lending, or WealthTech.

- Strong expertise in Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), API architecture, Microservices, and DevOps.

- Proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js, Go, or other scalable technologies.

- Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Big Data is a plus.

- Strong understanding of high-scale, real-time transaction systems.

- Add on if familiarity with RBI, SEBI, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and ISO 27001 compliance.

- Deep understanding of brokerage systems, trading infra, and financial services technology (a big plus).

- Experience in hiring, mentoring, and scaling engineering teams.
