- Must have minimum 12+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in B2B SaaS / ERP product companies in a hands-on technology leadership capacity.

- Must have deep experience architecting and scaling cloud-native enterprise platforms, including multi-tenant, API-driven, modular backends

- Must have extensive experience handling complex data models (multi-entity hierarchy, workflows, permissions, accounting, approvals) and ensuring backend robustness, data integrity, and configurability

- Must have proven experience in large-scale enterprise integrations - CRM, Accounting, HRMS, SCM, SSO, APIs, and Compliance Layers

- Must have experience managing or modernizing large engineering teams, with direct responsibility for platform scalability, performance, and reliability

- Must have hands-on technical depth ability to review code, guide architectural decisions, and balance short-term delivery with long-term product vision
