Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the companys digital and data-driven transformation. This executive will be responsible for building and implementing best-in-class technology solutions and a robust analytics framework across the organization to drive efficiency, transparency, and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

1. 1. Digital Transformation Leadership

- Design and execute a digital roadmap aligned with business strategy.

- Oversee implementation of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

- Lead end-to-end digitization of manufacturing, warehousing, procurement, distribution, and retail systems.

2. 2. Data Analytics & Intelligence :

- Build data infrastructure and analytics capability to generate actionable insights.

- Drive data-driven decision making across sales, marketing, demand forecasting, supply chain, and finance.

- Implement BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and predictive analytics models.

3. 3. Technology Infrastructure & Cybersecurity

- Establish and manage IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and uptime.

- Define and enforce cybersecurity protocols, risk mitigation, and compliance.

4. 4. Automation & Integration

- Implement process automation tools (e.g., RPA, workflow engines) for operations and back-office.

- Integrate digital tools with CRM, distributor management systems (DMS), loyalty programs, and POS data.

5. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Heads of Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and HR to align technology initiatives.

- Build a strong internal tech team and manage external tech vendors/partners.

6. 6. Innovation & R&D

- Evaluate and deploy emerging technologies: AI/ML, IoT (smart manufacturing), image recognition for retail visibility, etc.

- Support product innovation with consumer and market intelligence platforms.

Qualifications :

7. Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (mandatory).

- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management or Data Science (preferred).

8. Experience :

- 10-15 years in IT leadership roles, with at least 3-5 years as CTO or Head of Technology.

- Proven track record of leading ERP implementations and enterprise-wide tech upgrades.

- Deep experience in FMCG, consumer goods, food manufacturing, or retail tech is strongly preferred.

- Strong understanding of supply chain technology, distributor systems, and D2C platforms.
