Current Role : CTO/Technology Leader (Exchange)/ Stoex

Location : Noida (Hybrid)

Job Description :

You will take the role of Technology Leader. Expectations from the Role holder is to be a tech expert, manage our products - Stoex & Exchange, and lead sprints with capable tech teams with a high people management quotient. You will build and scale processes for the team, champion product thinking and provide technical leadership.

You will drive technical design, re-design, remodeling, and refactoring of systems for robustness and sustainability. As an Engineering Manager, you partner with cross-functional teams to create a vision and roadmap for the team and have a hands-on in the design choices & code reviews.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent stream. PG is good to have.

- Total Experience: 10-15 Years, in managing MERN/MEAN stack projects.

- Strong experience in Exchange / Blockchain products is essential.

- Strong fundamentals in various databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

- Strong Knowledge of System Architecture & Design, data structures and algorithms.

- Preferred: Designed, developed and deployed large-scale web applications on the cloud.
