Role Summary :

As CTO &, youll drive the technology roadmap, lead product development, and build scalable, secure, and AI-enabled platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building teams, and working at the intersection of business and technology.

Key Responsibilities :

Technology & Product Development :

- Lead architecture and development using Java, Python, Node.js, Angular, React.js, and React

Native.

- Design scalable, cloud-native systems using microservices and DevOps best practices.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).

AI & Generative Technologies :

- Apply Prompt Engineering and Generative AI (e.g., LLMs) to enhance product capabilities.

Platform & SaaS Strategy :

- Build and scale multi-tenant SaaS platforms with strong API-first and white-label capabilities.

- Experience with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is important for platform architecture and data modelling.

Data & Security :

- Lead data engineering (ETL, data lakes, Snowflake/BigQuery) and governance.

- Champion application and infrastructure security best practices.

Leadership & Execution :

- Hire, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team (Engineering, QA, DevOps, Data).

- Collaborate with founders on strategy, investor relations, and business growth.

Ideal Candidate :

- 6+ years of technology leadership in startups or high-growth environments.

- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Node.js, Python, Angular, React.js, and system

architecture.

- Proven work in Prompt Engineering, LLMs, or AI product development.

- Experience scaling B2B and B2C platforms.

- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
