Chief Technology Officer - AI/ML

About the Role :

We are seeking an innovative and technology-driven CTO AI to lead the organizations AI strategy, product innovation, and technology roadmap. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, data-driven systems, and scalable technology architecture, along with strong leadership capabilities to build and manage high-performing engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive the companys AI and technology vision, strategy, and execution roadmap.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML-based products and solutions.

- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance technology architecture and infrastructure.

- Drive innovation in areas such as Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, Predictive Analytics, and Automation.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions.

- Lead product engineering, data science, and AI teams to ensure timely delivery and quality execution.

- Establish best practices for software development, AI governance, data security, and system scalability.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for digital transformation and process optimization.

- Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic technology partnerships.

- Mentor technical teams and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 10 to 15 years of experience in technology leadership roles with strong exposure to AI/ML ecosystems.

- Proven experience in building and scaling AI-driven platforms or products.

- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, Cloud Platforms, and Data Engineering.

- Hands-on exposure to AI frameworks and modern technology stacks.

- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Experience in leading cross-functional engineering and product teams is essential.
