What You'll Own :

- Tech Strategy & Execution : Define and drive the technology roadmap across web, mobile (iOS/Android), and backend platforms, aligned to business goals.

- Hands-on Building : Architect, review code, debug production issues, and jump into sprints when needed. You lead by doing, not just delegating.

- Team Leadership : Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team (frontend, backend, mobile, DevOps).

- Product Velocity : Partner closely with Product and Design to ship fast without breaking trust - critical in a B2C, consumer-facing environment.

- Scale & Reliability : Own system architecture for performance, security, and uptime as user base grows.

- Tech Culture : Build engineering best practices : code quality, CI/CD, testing, and a culture of ownership.

What We're Looking For :

- 15-20 years in software engineering, with 5+ years in a senior tech leadership role (CTO, VP Eng, or Head of Engineering) at a B2C product company.

- Proven experience building and scaling consumer web and mobile apps (millions of users, high-traffic systems).

- Strong hands-on coding ability - you can still open a codebase and ship a fix yourself.

- Experience with modern web stacks, mobile app architecture (native or cross-platform), cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and scalable backend systems.

- Track record of building and leading engineering teams from the ground up.

- Fintech, investing, or wealth-tech background is a strong plus.

- Startup mentality : fast, scrappy, comfortable with ambiguity.
