Job Title : Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Experience : Minimum 15 Years

Location : Indore (Onsite)

Role Highlights :

- Drive end-to-end technology vision, architecture, and scalability

- Partner closely with founders & leadership on strategic planning

- Lead development of enterprise-grade SaaS / ERP platforms

- Ensure security, compliance, and performance at scale

- Build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering teams

- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution

Ideal Profile :

- Proven experience as CTO / VP / Head of Engineering

- Strong background in enterprise web applications (Java/J2EE, modern frameworks)

- Deep understanding of system architecture, security & SDLC

- Experience scaling products across multiple geographies

- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and people management skills
