KwikMedi is a hyperlocal health-tech platform enabling 30-minute medicine delivery and doorstep diagnostics through nearby pharmacies and certified labs.

We are building the last-mile healthcare infrastructure for urban India, starting with Gurgaon and scaling across major cities.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a founding CTO to lead technology and product from 0-1 and scale. This role requires complete ownership of engineering, architecture, and product execution.

This is an equity-only role (3%) until seed funding, ideal for someone who wants to build and own a high-impact startup.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end tech strategy, architecture, and product development

- Build and scale mobile apps (React Native) and backend systems

- Develop real-time order management & dispatch systems

- Design scalable infrastructure for hyperlocal logistics & marketplace model

- Implement AI-based routing & optimization (future roadmap)

- Ensure data security, uptime, and compliance

- Build and lead the tech team post funding

- Collaborate closely with founders on product & GTM strategy

Requirements :

- 7+ years of experience in software development / engineering leadership

- Proven experience building startup products (0-1 or 1 scale)

- Strong expertise in React Native, Node.js / Python / Django / Next.js

- Experience with marketplace / logistics / real-time systems (preferred)

- Strong understanding of cloud (AWS/GCP), system design, and scalability

- Founder mindset with high ownership and execution ability

Compensation :

- 3% Equity (Founding CTO level)

- Equity subject to 4-year vesting with 1-year cliff

- Transition to salary + equity post seed round
