Role : Fractional CTO (Chief Technology Officer)

Job Description :

RBC is looking for industry leaders in Technology function, who can work against equity. Leaders with min. 12+ years of experience and have exposure working with startup ecosystems and motivation to work and develop start-ups is a must.

- Technology Roadmap, prioritization, version control for Development, estimation to deliver to satisfy business goals

- Reviews the product design against requirements

- Able to write code and help building MVP/Platform Scalability

- Cybersecurity & Data Protection for product

- Build lean team to lead, and mentor the tech team.

- Adoption of sustainable tech and practices for better quality, manage risk

- Bring innovation and optimization

Requirements :

- Min 12+ years of experience in Software Engineering / Product Management functions

- Exposure to AI ML, Gen AI, Agentic AI methodologies

- BTech or Equivalent

Benefits :

- Fractional : 15-month engagement, with option to extend.
