We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with strong hands-on expertise in Flutter, Python, and AWS to lead our technology strategy, architecture, and engineering organization.

This role is ideal for a technology leader who can balance technical depth with strategic thinkingoverseeing product development, driving innovation, managing teams, and ensuring the scalability, security, and reliability of our platforms.

You will play a critical role in shaping the companys roadmap, making architectural decisions, and guiding engineering teams to deliver world-class digital products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and lead the companys technology vision, roadmap, and long-term architecture.

- Drive innovation across mobile, backend, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML integrations, and DevOps.

- Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure continuous improvement.

- Align technology decisions with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.

- Oversee the development of high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for Android & iOS.

- Lead backend engineering using Python and modern APIs (REST, GraphQL).

- Ensure scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.

- Guide the architecture of microservices, event-driven systems, and real-time data pipelines.

- Build, mentor, and grow engineering, QA, DevOps, and data teams.

- Establish engineering culture, coding standards, best practices, and performance

benchmarks.

- Enable a high-performing engineering organization through coaching and skill development.

- Manage vendor/partner relationships and outsourcing when required.

- Define and review systems architecture including mobile, backend, cloud, and APIs.

- Ensure best practices for application performance, security, disaster recovery, and scalability.

- Oversee implementation of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring tools.

- Guarantee compliance with data privacy laws, secure coding, and AWS security practices.

- Work closely with Product, Design, Business, and Operations teams to define features and requirements.

- Translate business needs into technical strategy and actionable roadmaps.

- Participate in executive decision-making, strategic planning, and investor presentations.

- Support sales and customer success teams with technical expertise and solutioning.

- Oversee release processes, sprint management, and project execution.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features with optimal resource utilization.

- Establish KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards to monitor engineering effectiveness and platform

health.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Expertise

- 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in a senior leadership/architect role.

Strong hands-on experience in:

- Flutter (UI components, state management, performance tuning)

- Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask, microservices, backend APIs)

- AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, Cognito)

- Deep knowledge of mobile architecture, REST APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and DevOps.

- Experience with distributed systems, caching, queues (SQS/Kafka), and event-driven designs.
- Solid understanding of cloud security, IAM, networking, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
