Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with deep expertise in AI/ML and hands-on experience in agentic architecture. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of intelligent agent systems that can reason, plan, use tools, and learn dynamically from real-world outcomes. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone passionate about pushing the boundaries of applied AI and building scalable, production-grade systems in fintech.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical strategy and architecture for next-generation autonomous agent systems.

- Design and implement AI-driven frameworks that enable agents to reason, plan, and act autonomously.

- Oversee integration of large language models (LLMs) and advanced agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, etc.) into production environments.

- Build reinforcement learning mechanisms for agents to improve through feedback loops such as approval, fraud, and performance outcomes.

- Orchestrate real-time data sources and decision optimization pipelines using ML and AI-based automation.

- Guide engineering teams in model deployment, scaling, and performance tuning of AI systems.

- Collaborate with product, compliance, and risk teams to ensure solutions align with fintech regulatory standards.

- Drive research and experimentation in advanced AI/ML techniques to continuously improve system intelligence.

Qualifications & Experience :

- 10- 15 years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years leading AI/ML product or platform initiatives.

- Strong background in machine learning, reinforcement learning, LLMs, and agentic AI architectures.

- Proven experience in building and scaling AI/ML systems in production (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent).

- Hands-on familiarity with LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, Hugging Face, or similar agent frameworks.

- Experience in fintech, credit, or financial systems preferred, with an understanding of regulatory and security considerations.

- Strategic thinker with strong leadership, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for solving complex technical and domain challenges.
