Chief Technology Officer

Role Overview :

As CTO, youll be responsible for shaping the companys technology vision, architecture, and execution strategy. Youll lead the end-to-end development of our platform, manage technical teams, and ensure robust, scalable, and compliant infrastructure as we grow.

Key Responsibilities :

Technology Strategy & Leadership :

- Define and implement the tech roadmap aligned with product and business goals.

- Make build vs. buy decisions for architecture and tools.

- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies in AI, blockchain, or APIs.

Platform Development :

- Architect and build a secure, scalable wealth management platform.

- Lead development of frontend, backend, APIs, and data pipelines.

- Oversee development of financial tools like robo-advisory, KYC, goal tracking, and analytics dashboards.

Team Building & Management :

- Hire, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams.

- Foster a culture of innovation, speed, and technical excellence.

Security & Compliance :

- Ensure data privacy, encryption, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SEC, FINRA, GDPR).

- Set up secure cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with CEO, product, and design teams to translate user needs into technical solutions.

- Support fundraising efforts with tech vision and prototypes.
