Chief Technology Architect

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Technology Architect to lead end-to-end architecture strategy, design, and implementation for complex enterprise-level solutions. This role requires strong technical acumen, architectural leadership, and hands-on experience across modern technology stacks. You will be responsible for defining scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture blueprints, while aligning technology strategy with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture design and governance for large, complex technology initiatives.

- Define technical roadmaps and solution architectures that align with client strategies and business outcomes.

- Collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders to define future-state architecture.

- Guide and mentor teams of architects and technical leads.

- Stay ahead of emerging technology trends and assess their relevance and potential business impact.

- Introduce and apply innovative technical solutions to solve complex business problems.

- Lead technology evaluations and provide recommendations based on industry best practices.

- Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams in designing and presenting solution architectures.

- Ensure architectural integrity and consistent delivery quality across programs and projects.

- Provide hands-on guidance during solution implementation as needed.

- Understand client domains, products, and business strategy to tailor architecture accordingly.

- Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior stakeholders.

- Represent the technology team in key customer discussions, governance forums, and steering committees.

Required Skills and Experience :

15 to 20 years of relevant experience in :

- Technology architecture, solution design, and enterprise-level delivery

- Hands-on experience in application development, cloud infrastructure, and security

- Proven leadership in architecture for complex IT environments and large-scale transformation projects

- Strong technical expertise in :

1. Cloud Platforms : AWS (must-have)

2. Frontend Technologies : Angular

3. Backend Technologies : Node.js, J2EE, .NET

- Mobility Solutions and cross-platform architecture

- Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns, microservices, APIs, and security frameworks

- Experience working in Agile/DevOps delivery environments
