Chief Technical Architect - ServiceNow Platform

Job Summary :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and customize modules including :

1. IT Service Management (ITSM)

2. HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

3. Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

- Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

- Design end-to-end solutions ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.

- Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization.

- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Support upgrade planning and platform maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in :

1. ITSM, HRSD, and GRC modules

2. ServiceNow platform architecture and data model

- Hands-on experience with :

1. JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies

2. Flow Designer, IntegrationHub

3. Service Portal / UI Builder

- Experience in designing enterprise-level solutions.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Certifications (Mandatory / Preferred) :

- Certified Application Developer (CAD)

- At least 2 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, GRC)

- Additional certifications are a plus
