Role Summary :

We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Chief Product Architect to drive the architecture vision, technology modernization, and platform strategy across our FinTech product portfolio. The role will be responsible for standardizing architecture, tools, and engineering practices while designing scalable, secure, cloud-native products that support business growth and market demands.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy across all products.

- Lead architecture governance, design reviews, and technology decisions.

- Design scalable, high-performance, cloud-native applications and platforms.

- Drive adoption of reusable platform components to accelerate product development.

- Standardize architecture patterns, tools, APIs, and engineering practices across teams.

- Lead API governance and adoption of OpenAPI standards.

- Drive modernization initiatives and reduce technical debt.

- Champion DevSecOps, security-by-design, and modern engineering practices.

- Lead migration and operational excellence initiatives around Kubernetes and cloud-native deployments.

- Establish observability, monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing standards.

- Mentor architects and engineering leaders while driving cross-functional architectural alignment.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Enterprise Design Patterns.

- Hands-on experience with Java and/or Golang.

- Deep knowledge of Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Saga and Choreography patterns.

- Experience with Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.

- Expertise in Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and container orchestration.

- Experience with OpenTelemetry, EFK stack, monitoring, and observability solutions.

- Strong understanding of API design, OpenAPI standards, and API governance.

- Knowledge of security architecture, DevSecOps, and FinTech security best practices.

Experience :

- 15+ years in software engineering and architecture, with significant experience in FinTech or large-scale product organizations.

- Proven track record of building scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise platforms.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technology transformation experience.
