Their platform spans strategic partnerships, access to a 10,000+ sq. ft. U.S.-based print facility, and cross-border execution across operations, performance marketing, and creative. Theyre also developing custom AI models for automation, personalization, and creative generation - reimagining the future of print manufacturing and commerce.

The print and personalization sector is massive but still operates with legacy systems, siloed tooling, and limited data infrastructure.
As a Chief of Staff, you will have a high-impact role working alongside the founders to drive this transformation - through new venture incubation, acquisitions, and AI-led innovation. Youll help shape our roll-up and brand creation strategy, while operating at the center of a growing, under-innovated market with massive potential.

Key Responsibilities :

Executive Support & Strategy Execution :

- Trusted Advisor : Work closely with the founders to define and execute strategic priorities.

- Project Management : Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to execution. Align teams,

manage timelines, and track key deliverables.

- Process Optimization : Identify bottlenecks and implement systems that improve speed and

quality of execution across teams.

Investment & Brand Incubation Strategy :

- Investment Analysis : Conduct deep market research, diligence, and financial modeling to

support acquisitions and venture building.

- Pipeline Development : Identify and evaluate roll-up or partnership opportunities across the custom print ecosystem.

- Execution : Support deal execution, AI workflow integrations, and operational ramp-up for

new ventures.

Key Objectives :

Within 30 days :

- Develop a deep understanding of operating model, partner brands, and market thesis.

- Build relationships with the founding team, U.S. partners, and core leadership.

- Begin early research into potential verticals or acquisition targets.

Within 60 days :

- Lead a strategic initiative or internal build project across ops, marketing, or AI workflows.

- Conduct full diligence on at least one target company or brand idea.

- Begin drafting investment or incubation memos for leadership review.

Within 90 days :

- Help execute at least one deal or incubation plan - from research to go-live.

- Serve as a key bridge between India-based teams and U.S. operations.

- Draft a strategic category report to identify 3+ new verticals for expansion or acquisition.

- 2 - 4 years at a leading strategy consulting firm, investment bank, or private equity fund (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, KKR, Goldman Sachs), with strong exposure to M&A, diligence, and strategic transformation.

Proven leadership :

- Experience working with senior leadership and owning high-stakes projects from start to finish.

Analytical excellence :

- Proficiency in valuation, market research, and financial modeling.

Operational sharpness :
