Chatbot Developer - Kore.ai

We are looking for a skilled Chatbot Developer with hands-on experience in the Kore. ai platform to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in designing, building, and deploying chatbots, along with integrating Kore. ai bots with various messaging and IVR channels.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy chatbot solutions on the Kore. ai Bots platform.

- Lead end-to-end implementation of chatbots, including flow design and integration.

- Integrate Kore. ai bots with messaging platforms and IVR channels seamlessly.

- Develop backend services using Node. js.

- Work with JSON data structures and databases like Redis and MongoDB.

- Implement Web Sockets and consume Web Services using REST and SOAP protocols.

- Maintain clear code documentation and ensure smooth project handover.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively throughout the development lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills :

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Kore. ai Bots platform.

- Proven track record of 2-3 full chatbot implementations from design to deployment.

- Strong expertise in Node. js development.

- Working knowledge of JSON, Redis, MongoDB, and Web Sockets.

- Experience with REST and SOAP web services.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills
