- Design, develop, and maintain conversational chatbot solutions using Amazon Lex and AWS services.

- Build backend services, workflows, and integrations using Node.js, JavaScript, AWS Lambda, and RESTful APIs.

- Configure and manage supporting AWS components including DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and Amazon Connect.

- Develop scalable, reliable, and secure omnichannel chatbot experiences across web, mobile, and other digital channels.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, UX, engineering, QA) to define requirements and deliver seamless chatbot functionality.

- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and implement best practices in asynchronous programming.

- Demonstrate strong ownership, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to explore new technologies.

- Ensure high standards of code quality, documentation, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 - 6 years of overall experience, with 2 - 4 years in chatbot development.

- Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript.

- Hands-on experience with AWS Lex, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and Amazon Connect.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and microservices concepts.

- Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.

- Experience in enterprise or large-scale product environments
