Chat360 - Delivery Lead

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end project delivery, ensure client satisfaction, and lead cross-functional teams across product, tech, and customer success. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills and experience in managing SaaS/AI based implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage multiple client implementations and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

- Coordinate with Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success teams for smooth execution.

- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively.

- Ensure SLA adherence and maintain delivery quality standards.

- Conduct regular client calls and provide progress updates.

- Drive process improvements and optimize delivery frameworks.

- Mentor and guide project managers / implementation teams.

Required Skills & Qualification :

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in handling enterprise clients.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Technical background preferred (Engineering or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications :

- PMP / Agile / Scrum certification is a plus.

- Prior experience in client-facing delivery roles.
