We're Hiring : RPA Senior Developer (36 Years Experience) Blue Prism

Were seeking a highly motivated and experienced RPA Senior Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent automation solutions using Blue Prism. Key Responsibilities :

- Assess and analyze feasibility of automating new business processes

- Create and maintain Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs)

- Design and develop scalable, maintainable automation solutions using Blue Prism

- Build reusable components/custom actions using C# and VB.NET

- Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks to deliver high-quality outcomes

- Support UAT testing, deployment, and hypercare/post-go-live support

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and automate as-is processes

- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely fixes in a structured change control environment

Technical Skills Required :

- Proven hands-on experience in Blue Prism RPA development

- Strong programming background in C#, VB.NET, SQL, HTML

- Experience with Browser, Windows, Surface, Mainframe, SAP automation

- Familiarity with VBOs, Web Services, API integrations

- Strong understanding of Microsoft technology stack and automation best practices

- Blue Prism Developer/Professional or Solution Designer Certification is a plus
