About the Role :

We are looking for a Chapter Lead specializing in Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI to lead application development and enterprise reporting initiatives. This role requires both technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver innovative business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps).

- Automate workflows using Power Automate and integrate with external services.

- Build, publish, and optimize Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX calculations.

- Connect applications to SharePoint Online and other data sources.

- Mentor and guide team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Power BI : Strong skills in data modeling, Power Query, and visualization best practices.

- SharePoint Integration : Proficient in customizing and embedding solutions.

- API & Data Gateway : Knowledge of secure data connectivity.

Soft Skills :

- Leadership : Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage priorities.

- Analytical Thinking : Translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

- Communication : Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
