Job Summary :
We are seeking a Change Management + DevOps professional to manage end-to-end change enablement processes while working hands-on with modern DevOps tooling. The role bridges ITIL governance with CI/CD automation, ensuring compliant, efficient workflows across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end Change Enablement processes aligned with ITIL and DevOps principles.
- Integrate change controls with engineering workflows using GitLab, Jenkins, and Azure
DevOps.
- Automate change workflows and contribute to pipeline configuration using YAML and
scripting.
- Ensure adherence to risk, audit, and compliance standards across technical environments.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Release Managers, Engineering, and Risk teams.
- Prepare governance dashboards, risk reports, and present insights to leadership.
- Identify gaps and drive improvements in change processes and DevOps alignment.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base materials for change and release management.
Team Overview :
You will be part of the Service Control team, responsible for standardizing and evolving Change Enablement practices to align with CI/CD, Agile, and automated delivery workflows across the enterprise.
- 4+ years in IT Change Management / Enablement roles.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools : GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
- Working knowledge of pipeline configuration (YAML, scripting).
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow Change, Incident, Reporting modules.
- Strong grasp of ITIL v3 or v4 frameworks.
- Experience in governance, risk, and compliance for technical change controls.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
- Strong reporting, analytics, and documentation capabilities.
Nice-to-Have :
- Scripting skills (Python, Shell) for workflow automation.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) or automated testing frameworks
