Role Overview :

The Solution Manager will be responsible for designing and managing ERP and data-integration initiatives. This includes leading solution architecture, defining data flows, coordinating ETL activities, and interacting with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Detailed Responsibilities :

1. Solution Design & Architecture :

- Lead workshops to define solution architecture for ERP and data-driven initiatives.

- Work with ERP teams (Oracle EBS or SAP) to design enhancements, integrations, and data flow strategies.

- Define high-level and low-level design documents for integrations.

2. ERP & Data Integration Management :

- Provide hands-on or functional expertise in Oracle EBS or SAP ERP modules.

- Collaborate with ETL developers to define data extraction, transformation, and loading workflows.

- Support large data migration initiatives ensuring data accuracy, consistency, governance, and integrity.

3. Project Coordination & Delivery :

- Assist in requirement gathering, preparation of project plans, and maintaining delivery documentation.

- Track project deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and risks.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Act as the point-of-contact between business teams, technical teams, and external vendors.

- Conduct workshops, walkthroughs, solution reviews, and technical discussions.

5. Documentation & Knowledge Management :

- Prepare detailed documentation such as solution designs, data flow diagrams, interface maps, and configuration documents.

- Maintain repository of ERP setups, integration flows, and ETL pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience in Oracle EBS or SAP-based projects.

- Knowledge of ETL tools and data integration principles.

- Understanding of project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello).

- Willingness to travel based on business requirements.
