Role Overview :

The SAP Delivery Manager leads multiple SAP transformation projects and AMS engagements. The role requires strong domain knowledge, team leadership, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery ownership.

Detailed Responsibilities :

Project & Service Delivery :

- Lead SAP Implementation, Roll-outs, Upgrades, Migration, AMS, and Managed Services projects.

- Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and SLAs.

- Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations effectively.

Customer Relationship Management :

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

- Maintain high customer satisfaction through transparent communication and proactive issue handling.

Team Management :

- Lead cross-functional teams across SAP modules like FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, HR in ECC and S/4HANA.

- Mentor team members, ensure knowledge transfer, and enforce best practices.

Risk Management & Issue Resolution :

- Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies.

- Oversee service requests and incident resolution within defined SLAs.

Continuous Improvement :

- Drive optimizations for service quality, operational efficiency, and performance.

- Analyze KPIs and implement corrective improvements.

Stakeholder Management :

- Provide periodic status updates to senior leadership and business users.

- Ensure alignment between project expectations and delivery outcomes.

Other Responsibilities :

- Ensure compliance with standards, audit requirements, and project governance frameworks.

- Support business development and capability building efforts.

- Manage partnerships with SAP and other technology vendors.
