Description : Role : Lead Consultant Project Management Systems Module

Experience : 7 to 10years in ERP Implementation

Location : Mumbai (Public Sector Client Onsite Only)

Role Overview :

The Lead Consultant will manage end-to-end ERP Project Management modules for infrastructure and construction-related projects. The role requires domain expertise in planning, tendering, site execution, compliance, reporting, and stakeholder management.

Detailed Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Scheduling :

- Prepare Project Charter, define WBS, baseline schedules, and allocate resources.

- Create Daily Progress Reports (DPR), validate Measurement Books (MB), and manage contractor billing workflows.

- Track project progress with planned vs. actual metrics.

Contract & Tender Management :

- Verify BOQ, evaluate tenders technically, and support contract awarding.

- Ensure adherence to government norms, municipal guidelines, and procurement policies.

Construction Monitoring & Execution Control :

- Oversee on-site activities including civil, structural, MEP, and infrastructure works.

- Conduct inspections, quality checks, risk assessments, and milestone validation.

Stakeholder & Approval Management :

- Coordinate with departments such as contractors, architects, consultants, government agencies, and PMC teams.

- Manage workflows for RFIs, drawing approvals, material approvals, and quality audits.

Cost, Time & Quality Control :

- Monitor costs against budget and control variations.

- Ensure adherence to timelines, QA/QC standards, and compliance documentation.

Reporting & Dashboard Management :

- Prepare weekly/monthly reports, delay analysis, and escalation matrices.

- Build dashboards to track financial progress, procurement, risks, and work status.

- Digitize reporting processes for transparency and control.

Additional Requirements :

- Must be fluent in Marathi (read/write/speak).

- Mandatory onsite working from client location in Mumbai.

- No hybrid or remote options available.
