Description :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering user requirements, designing intuitive interfaces, and building seamless navigation components for both web and mobile applications.

You should have hands-on experience with modern design tools, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and a portfolio showcasing professional design projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

- Create and present design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.

- Design engaging and intuitive user interface elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and navigation controls.

- Develop responsive UI mockups and interactive prototypes that demonstrate functionality and user flow.

- Create original graphic designs including images, illustrations, icons, and visual assets.

- Conduct usability testing and identify UX problems to improve design quality and user satisfaction.

- Implement layout adjustments and design updates based on user feedback and analytics.

- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, typography, color schemes, and design standards.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and execution.

Requirements & Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

- 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and Visio.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects for web and mobile platforms.

- Solid understanding of visual design principles, color theory, and typography.

- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes.

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, and Design Systems is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when required.
