Chai Waale - Salesforce Technical Lead - Apex/LWC

Were looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive solution design, custom development, and delivery leadership across our Salesforce engagements. You will be responsible for technical strategy, team leadership, and hands-on implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate business needs into scalable, customized Salesforce solutions.

- Lead technical design sessions and document architectural decisions.

- Design, develop, and deploy custom components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, etc.

- Manage integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and data migrations using middleware tools.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, code quality, and secure coding standards.

- Mentor and guide a team of developers, consultants, and analysts.

- Participate in staffing, performance reviews, and career development of your team.

- Collaborate with solution architects during client discovery workshops.

- Contribute to internal accelerators, knowledge-sharing assets, and reusable frameworks.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of overall IT experience

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

- Deep expertise in :

1. Apex, Triggers, Classes

2. LWC, Aura, Visualforce

3. Salesforce Flows and Configurations

4. Complex Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

- Experience leading 2-3 Salesforce implementations as a Tech Lead

- Strong experience with code reviews, mentoring, and onshore-offshore team models

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Certifications (Must-Have) :

- Salesforce Admin

- Platform Developer I & II

- Sales Cloud

- Service Cloud

- Experience Cloud

Preferred Skills :

- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications

- Experience in Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, Health Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Field Service

- Familiarity with MuleSoft or Dell Boomi is a plus

- Exposure to manufacturing domain, especially medical equipment, is an advantage
