CGI - Vice President - IT Infrastructure

Description :

- Drive infrastructure transformation initiatives - including cloud migration, virtualization, automation, and hybrid data center modernization.

- Champion the transition from legacy infrastructure to modern, agile, and cost-optimized platforms.

- Establish the GCC as a center of excellence for Infrastructure Delivery, Service Management, and Technology Operations.

2. Delivery & Operational Excellence :

Oversee end-to-end delivery of infrastructure operations including :

- Data Centre & Cloud Operations

- Network, Storage, and Compute Management

- Service Desk, End-User Computing, and ITSM

- Cybersecurity Operations (in collaboration with global security teams)

- Ensure 24x7 operational continuity, high availability, and performance of critical systems.

- Implement automation, observability, and AIOps to enhance operational efficiency.

3. Governance, Risk & Compliance :

- Establish robust governance frameworks to ensure service quality, compliance, and risk

management.

- Oversee adherence to ITIL and other relevant standards.

- Ensure compliance with data security, audit, and regulatory requirements across all

infrastructure services.

- Drive business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.

4. Stakeholder & Partner Management :

- Serve as a key liaison between GCC delivery teams and global infrastructure, CIO, and business technology leaders.

- Manage strategic vendor partnerships and service providers to ensure performance and value realization.

- Communicate progress, risks, and transformation outcomes to executive stakeholders.

5. People Leadership & Capability Building :

- Lead a diverse team of infrastructure architects, service delivery managers, and operations specialists.

- Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability.

- Build future-ready skills in cloud, DevOps, SRE, and digital workplace technologies.

- Mentor and develop next-generation leaders within the GCC.
