Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Power BI, SQL Data Engineer & Power Apps Developer to design, develop, and maintain data-driven solutions and low-code applications. The role involves building scalable data models, interactive dashboards, and business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Dataverse, Power BI analytics, and Power Apps.

Key Responsibilities

Power BI & Analytics :

- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards.

- Create and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and KPIs.

- Connect Power BI to multiple data sources, including SQL databases and Dataverse.

- Ensure report performance, data accuracy, and adherence to security best practices.

SQL & Data Engineering :

- Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.

- Design and implement ETL and data transformation pipelines.

- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.

- Support data integration across enterprise systems.

Power Apps Development :

- Build and enhance Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps).

- Integrate Power Apps with Dataverse, SQL, and external data sources.

- Implement business logic, validations, and UI/UX best practices.

- Maintain and enhance existing applications based on user feedback.

Dataverse :

- Design Dataverse tables, relationships, and data models.

- Manage security roles, access controls, and data governance.

- Support integration with Power Automate and Power BI.

Required Primary Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- Proven experience in :

a. Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization)

b. SQL (complex queries, performance tuning, ETL)

c. Power Apps

d. Dataverse

- Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and BI best practices.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Secondary Skills :

- Experience with Power Automate.

- Exposure to Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, or Synapse Analytics.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.

- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
