CGI - SAP PS Functional Consultant

Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project System (PS) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting SAP PS solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in S/4HANA environments, deep understanding of project management processes, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement SAP PS modules in S/4HANA.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PS with other SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.).

- Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and support testing activities.

- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PS functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8-12 years of experience as an SAP PS Functional Consultant.

Capital Project Lifecycle Management :

- End-to-end Knowledge on handling of CapEx projects :

1. Project creation and structuring

2. Budget assignment and availability control

3. Procurement through PS/MM integration

4. Monitoring project progress, costs, and commitments

5. Settlement of costs to AUC (Asset Under Construction) and final assets

- Support project closeout and asset capitalization activities.

- Strong knowledge of SAP PS processes (WBS, networks, milestones, budgeting, cost planning, resource planning).

- Hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.

- Familiarity with integration points between PS and other SAP modules.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have :

- ECC to S/4 HANA Migration experience.

- Exposure to SAP Fiori apps related to PS.
