About the Role:

We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong background in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), Java/Data, or Informatica to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with customer data, decisioning, data integration, or enterprise application development and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and support Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) solutions.

- Work on Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies, customer engagement, and decisioning use cases.

- Develop and maintain data pipelines, data integrations, and customer data flows.

- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

- Integrate Pega applications with upstream/downstream enterprise systems.

- Work with customer data, data models, APIs, databases, and ETL processes.

- Troubleshoot application, data, and integration issues.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, QA, and data teams.

- Participate in design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

- Ensure solutions follow enterprise architecture, security, coding, and performance standards.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).

- Knowledge of Pega Next-Best-Action (NBA) and decision strategies.

- Experience with Pega decisioning, customer engagement, or marketing applications.

- Understanding of customer data, segmentation, eligibility, and decisioning concepts.

- Good knowledge of SQL and data integration concepts.
