Role Overview :

As a Hyperion Developer based in Hyderabad, you will serve as a technical lead responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.

You will work closely with global stakeholders and finance teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures.

Your contribution will directly influence the efficiency of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes, ensuring that our clients have the data-driven insights necessary for critical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement complex Hyperion Essbase and Planning applications to streamline financial budgeting and forecasting cycles for global clients.

- Design and optimize Oracle FCCS solutions to automate financial consolidation processes, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

- Develop advanced calculation scripts, business rules, and report templates using Hyperion Financial Reporting to provide actionable insights to senior management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and enhance the scalability of existing EPM infrastructure.

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of EPM projects, from requirement gathering and system design to deployment and post-implementation support.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep expertise in Hyperion Essbase, Planning, and Financial Consolidation (FCCS) with a proven track record of managing large-scale implementations.

- Exhibit strong proficiency in Business Intelligence tools and data integration techniques to ensure seamless connectivity between source systems and EPM applications.

- Possess 8 - 15 years of hands-on experience in EPM development, showcasing the ability to handle complex financial logic and multidimensional modeling.

- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical specifications.

- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment in Hyderabad while meeting stringent project timelines.

- Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Finance, complemented by a deep understanding of financial accounting principles.
