Certinia PSA Consultant - Salesforce Platform

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and customize Certinia PSA to meet organizational needs.

- Develop, streamline, and optimize PSA workflows to enhance automation and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

- Integrate Certinia PSA with other enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, HCM).

- Provide end-user training, create documentation, and deliver ongoing system support.

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within the PSA environment.

Required Technical Skills :

- In-depth knowledge of project management, resource management, and billing workflows within PSA.

- Expertise in workflow automation and process optimization within the Certinia ecosystem.

- Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform : configuration, customization, and basic administration.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in professional services or consulting environments.

- Familiarity with APIs and integration tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Workato.
