QA Engineer (Manual Testing)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong experience in manual testing, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of software testing processes within Agile environments.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of experience in Manual Testing

- Strong knowledge of Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Sanity, and Exploratory Testing

- Experience in test case creation, execution, and defect tracking

- Hands-on experience with Jira/Azure DevOps or similar tools

- API Testing using Postman

- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation

- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities :

- Analyze requirements and create test scenarios and test cases

- Execute test cases and report defects

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing

- Validate APIs and database records

- Track defects through closure and prepare test reports

- Collaborate with Developers, BAs, Product Owners, and QA teams

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure product quality

Good to Have :

- Exposure to automation testing tools (Playwright/Selenium)

- Experience with Azure DevOps or Git

- Knowledge of Accessibility Testing (WCAG standards)
