We are looking for a seasoned Oracle BRM Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle BRM (Billing and Revenue Management) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in pricing, billing, invoicing, and revenue management modules, along with extensive experience in BRM customizations, PDC (Pricing Design Center), and system integrations.

As a key technical leader, the BRM Architect will drive architecture decisions, ensure system scalability, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle BRM customizations and enhancements, including integration with PDC (Pricing Design Center).

- Architect and implement solutions across pricing, billing, invoicing, and revenue management modules to optimize business processes.

- Conduct impact analysis, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for existing BRM functionalities, ensuring stability and efficiency.

- Develop and guide the development of custom opcodes (C/C++), cartridges, and event-handling logic to meet complex business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, testing, operations, and business) to resolve critical system issues and deliver scalable solutions.

- Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for system issues, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.

- Define BRM architectural standards, best practices, and governance guidelines.

- Mentor and guide junior BRM developers and technical teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and architectural principles.

- Lead and oversee BRM system upgrades, patches, and performance optimization initiatives.

- Generate and review incident reports, logs, and system analytics to proactively identify potential risks and bottlenecks.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle BRM (v7.5 / 12 preferred) in enterprise-scale implementations.

- Expert knowledge of BRM architecture, Pricing, Pipeline, and EAI components (Opcode, DM, CM, PCM APIs).

- Strong proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.

- Advanced experience in C/C++ and Java for BRM customization and extension development.

- Solid understanding of Oracle Database, including SQL and PL/SQL.

- Proven experience in log analysis, incident management, and root cause identification.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and leadership skills with experience mentoring technical teams.

- Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance BRM solutions.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience integrating BRM with third-party systems, middleware, and cloud platforms.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices for BRM deployments.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies in enterprise software delivery
