Oracle AIA Developer
Experience : 6 to 8 Years.
Requirement Details :
- Customize pre-built AIA Process Integration Packs (PIPs) and Enterprise Business Services (EBS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for technical designs, configurations, and processes. Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, WSDL, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Proficiency in Java or Java EE.
- Familiarity with integration patterns, middleware best practices, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

- Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and design documents.
- Lead and execute system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality, reliability, and performance.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve integration issues promptly to ensure seamless and scalable system performance.
- Maintain detailed and comprehensive documentation covering technical designs, configuration settings, deployment processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Utilize strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, WSDL, SOAP, REST, and Java/Java EE to build and optimize integration solutions.
- Apply integration design patterns, middleware best practices, and Agile development methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions within timelines.
- Mentor junior developers, facilitate knowledge sharing, and promote a collaborative team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), and BPEL.
- Proven ability to customize Oracle AIA Process Integration Packs (PIPs) and Enterprise Business Services (EBS).
- Strong proficiency in XML, XSLT, WSDL, SOAP, REST, and Web Services technologies.
- Solid programming skills in Java and Java EE.
- In-depth understanding of integration patterns, SOA architecture, and middleware best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in leading development teams or mentoring junior developers.
- Knowledge of cloud integration platforms and modern API management tools.
